Shuttle to the Venue

Where: In front of the Courtyard Marriott in Cromwell
Looking for a ride to the venue? Walk or get a ride to the Marriott and catch the shuttle to the venue. Don’t be afraid to come on the early side; you can stroll along the lake, take a seat on the patio, and enjoy a pre-ceremony mimosa on us.
The Ceremony

so you aren’t racing Tina down the aisle!

Suggested Attire: Semi-formal. Barring inclement weather, the ceremony will be outside, so dress appropriately.
Pathways to and from the ceremony and reception space are paved, but if you’d like to walk around the beautiful grounds, maybe rethink the stilettos.
Cocktail Hour

Craft beer, cocktails, hors d’oevres on a deck overlooking Crystal Lake.
Reception

Time 5:30pm – 10pm
Celebrate our first evening as a married couple with us! Come hungry and ready to dance.
Shuttles back to the hotel will begin at 9pm. The last shuttle will be at 10:30pm.
The Afterparty
Courtyard Marriott Bistro bar and lounge
10pm – late night
Cash bar* – Free snacks
Switch out of those uncomfy heels and ties and meet us in the Bistro of the Courtyard Marriot to continue the late-night celebration.
*The hotel will operate a cash bar until 1:30am. We’ll provide late-night snacks!
If you’d like to keep the party going late, the common spaces in the Bistro area and courtyard are open for gatherings. Large containers (like six-packs or wine bottles) purchased from elsewhere must be kept in private rooms, not public spaces.
